1. Acceptance of Terms

All actions taken through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remain your responsibility until you have reported a security breach and jlber has confirmed appropriate action has been taken.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a registered player on jlber, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful and personal recreational purposes. You must not use your jlber account or the platform in any way that violates applicable Philippine laws or regulations, including laws relating to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities. You must not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game, promotion, or system feature on the platform in a manner that is not intended or authorised. Any attempt to use bots, automated software, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
You agree not to engage in any behaviour that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive to other players, jlber staff, or the platform itself. This includes — but is not limited to — harassing or threatening other users, attempting to access accounts or data that do not belong to you, introducing malicious code or software to the platform, or engaging in any form of collusion or cheating during gameplay. jlber reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary in response to a player's violation of these obligations, including immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities. Players are also expected to cooperate with any reasonable investigation carried out by jlber in relation to suspected rule violations.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the jlber platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits can be made through supported local payment channels including GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers, as detailed on the Withdrawal page. You must only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name — using payment accounts belonging to third parties is not permitted and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation. jlber does not accept cash payments or any form of payment that cannot be verified against your registered account identity.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification, and the name on the destination payment account (GCash, Maya, or bank) must match the name on your registered jlber account. jlber reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where account identity has not been fully verified or where the transaction amount is above standard thresholds. Processing times for withdrawals may vary depending on the payment channel and verification status of your account. jlber is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking schedules, or circumstances beyond its direct control. Players are responsible for understanding any fees that may be applied by their chosen payment provider when receiving funds.
6. Limitation of Liability
jlber provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of the platform or its content. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlber and its affiliates, officers, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. In the event of a system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or transaction, jlber reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore the account to its pre-transaction state, as determined at jlber's sole discretion. Your total remedy for any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your jlber account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms shall limit jlber's liability in cases of fraud or gross negligence directly attributable to jlber.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
jlber reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of a violation of these Terms, applicable law, or any regulatory requirement. Grounds for suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent transactions, using the platform in connection with money laundering activities, abusing bonuses or promotions, or engaging in any form of cheating or collusion. In such cases, jlber may withhold account balances pending investigation and may permanently forfeit funds if violations are confirmed.
Players also have the right to request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jlber's support team through the in-platform support channel. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the platform without jlber's prior written consent.

You must not use any jlber branding, logos, or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without jlber's express written permission.
